PHILOSOPHY OF SERVICES

CALZONETTI CONSULTING Inc. provides organizational development services based upon the fundamental philosophy that learning is most successful when the learner assumes an active leadership role in their own development. When coupled with the concept that professional development cannot occur without personal growth, this philosophy promotes higher learning, increased memory retention and immediate value in the workplace.

Our services are further based upon the following fundamentals of adult learning theory and related accelerated learning principles:

  • Specific, work related outcomes are established and followed up upon
  • All participants assume a responsibility for establishing a respectful, encouraging and collaborative learning environment
  • The professional development respects and draws upon the existing knowledge of the participants
  • Effective service promotes accountability and responsibility in the participant.
